When the local body withdraws the goods through a bill of exchange, the deposit amount must be withdrawn within fifteen days from the date of receipt of the goods.
(2) In case of non-availability of the goods from the relevant firm or seller or if the goods cannot be received within the specified time, the promissory note should be canceled and for that reason, the amount deposited in the bill should be withdrawn and the deposit amount for opening the promissory note should be withdrawn.
(3) When purchasing goods by means of receipt, a record shall be kept.
